400 grams chicken
2 tomatoes
1 green Bell pepper
2 Red allspice
1 onion
4 garlic
½ gram Masala
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon ground Turmeric
1 teaspoon salt
250 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
30 grams butter
4 tablespoons vegetable oil

Preparation steps

Wash and pat dry chicken. Chicken pieces mix with 200 g of yogurt and 2 hours to marinate.. Drain. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces around briefly. Remove chicken from the oil and set aside.

Peel and chop garlic cloves. Allspice finely chop. Onion peel and finely chop. Wash peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and cut into pieces. Wash the tomatoes, scald with boiling water, peel and cut into small pieces.

Heat butter in a pan. cook low heat garlic, allspice, onion, peppers, tomatoes in it. Season with turmeric, Massala, ginger, salt and coriander. Add chicken pieces and cook until done in 30 min. on medium heat, stirring occasionally. The chicken is ready when the sauce is completely cooked. The chicken should be relatively dry. Chicken drizzled with yogurt and serve hot.
