- ½ Avocado
- salt
- Black pepper
- 1 slice Whole Wheat Bread
- 4 Cherry tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp Instant coffee
- ½ cup

Preparation steps
Rinse lime in hot water, dry and finely zest. Squeeze juice.
Remove pit from the avocado half and peel. Coarsely chop the flesh and place in a small bowl.
Add lime zest and 1 tablespoon lime juice to bowl and finely crush with a fork. Add salt and pepper and season to taste with remaining lime juice. Toast bread lightly. Coat bread with avocado mash.
Rinse cherry tomatoes, cut in half and arrange on top of the avocado. Pour instant coffee into a cup with1/3 cup boiling water, stir in milk and serve with avocado toast.
