1 garlic clove
1 bunch parsley (leaves)
1 bunch Basil (leaves)
5 Tbsps olive oil
salt
freshly ground peppers
2 Avocados
1 Tbsp lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Toast slices of bread on a baking sheet in a hot oven until golden brown.

2.

Purée the herbs with olive oil, salt and pepper.

3.

Peel avocados, halve, remove pit, dice and sprinkle with lemon juice.

4.

Spread the herb purée on slices of toast, spread avocado cubes on top, pepper and serve.
