- 50 grams Radish
- 200 grams Arugula
- 75 grams Boiled ham (sliced)
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 Tbsp White vinegar
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- ½ tsp Mustard
- 150 grams Mozzarella

Preparation steps
1.
Trim the arugula, rinse and shake dry. Trim the radishes, rinse, pat dry and slice on a mandoline. Toss with the arugula.
2.
For the vinaigrette: Whisk the olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, mustard and garlic together and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle over the salad and toss to combine. Transfer to serving plates.
3.
Slice the mozzarella. Cut the ham into large cubes. Arrange the mozzarella and ham on the salad.
