- 400 grams Mini wheel pasta
- 2 Tbsps White vinegar
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 Tbsp liquid honey
- 1 generous pinch grated Lime zest
- 1 Tbsp Lime juice
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 200 grams small Mozzarella
- 1 honeydew melon
- 60 grams Prosciutto (thinly sliced)
- Basil 9for garnishing)

Preparation steps
1.
Cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente. Rinse with cold water and drain. Combine vinegar with honey, lime zest, lime juice and oil. Season with salt and pepper. Drain mozzarella. Combine mozzarella and 2/3 of dressing with pasta.

Cut melon into quarters, peel, remove seeds and cut out pulp with a melon baller. Combine remaining dressing with melon balls. Mix with pasta and season to taste.
3.
Place salad in bowls, garnish with ham and basil leaves. Serve.
