1 Salad spinner, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Mortar (or mini food processor), 1 Tablespoon
Preparation steps

Rinse arugula, spin dry, remove thicker stems and chop leaves very finely.

Put mustard seeds in a mortar (or mini food processor) and coarsely grind.
3.

Add arugula and oil and grind to a paste (or puree in mini processor). Stir in vegetable broth.
