250 grams Blackberry
juice of a lemons
8 Ramekins about 8 cm (approximately 3 inches) across

Preparation steps

1.

Peel apples, cut in half, remove seeds and cut into small pieces. Drizzle with lemon juice. Rinse blackberries and pat dry.

From the filo pastry,  cut out round dough sheets 15 cm (approximately 6 inches) in diameter. Grease ramekins and line with dough sheets. Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F). Melt 1 tablespoon of butter and brush over the molds.

3.

Mix apples with 5 tablespoons of sugar, cinnamon and blackberries. Fill the molds, place 1 small chunk of butter in each and bake for 15–20 min in the preheated oven. Allow to cool, top with whipped cream if desired and serve warm.
