- 250 grams Blackberry
- 2 tart Apple
- 4 centiliters Orange liqueur (or orange juice)
- 2 Tbsps honey
- 75 grams Pastry flour
- 50 grams chopped almonds
- 50 grams chopped Peanuts
- 100 grams butter
- 50 grams brown sugar
- 1 pinch salt

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse, pick through and dry the blackberries. Peel and quarter the apples then cut out the core and dice into small cubes. Combine the honey and orange liqueur, stir in the apples and blackberries and fill 4 ovenproof cups or bowls with the mixture.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F) on the convection setting.

Combine the flour with the almonds, peanuts, butter, sugar and salt to make a crumbly streusel and sprinkle over the fruit.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Serve hot or at room temperature, as desired.
