Nutritional values

The potassium-rich zucchini is important for many of the baby's metabolic processes; the magnesium it contains strengthens the nerves and muscles, while its high dietary fiber content promotes digestion.

A little dessert? Just leave the applesauce out of the porridge and serve to your baby after the zucchini-potato-oatmeal porridge.
