Nutritional values

The potassium-rich zucchini is important for many of the baby's metabolic processes; the magnesium it contains strengthens the nerves and muscles, while its high dietary fiber content promotes digestion.

A little dessert? Just leave the applesauce out of the porridge and serve to your baby after the zucchini-potato-oatmeal porridge.

Product recommendation

Use organic or free-range products for the food used. If possible, also use regional and seasonal fruit and vegetables so that your child can benefit from as many nutrients as possible.

Preparation

Kitchen utensils

1 Peeler, 1 Knife, 1 Cutting board, 1 Pot, 1 Immersion blender

Preparation steps

1.

Clean and wash the zucchini thoroughly. Peel and wash the potatoes and cut them into small pieces together with the zucchini.

2.

Put the zucchini with the potatoes and some water in a pot and cook for 10 minutes at medium heat.

3.

Mash the potatoes, zucchini and oat flakes together with the apple puree. Then stir in oil. If the mash is too thick, add some more water. Check temperature and feed.
