2 Tbsps Pastry flour
1 carrot (very finely diced)
1 pc Celery (very finely diced)
1 shallot (finely diced)
2 Tbsps butter
150 milliliters Whipped cream
juice of lemons
salt
freshly ground peppers
200 grams wide Tagliatelle

Preparation steps

1.

Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, according to package directions.

2.

Cut whitefish fillets into smaller pieces if desired. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with a little lemon juice.

3.

Sauté shallots in hot, melted butter until translucent. Add carrots and celery and sauté briefly. Season with salt and pepper, add cream and simmer a few minutes. Stir in lemon juice.

4.

Dredge fish fillets in flour and fry in hot, melted butter, about 3 minutes per side.

5.

Arrange tagliatelle on plates and top with whitefish fillets and sauce.
