- 4 Whitefish (ready for cooking, about 300-400 grams)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsps scallions
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 organic lemons
- ½ bunch Dill
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

Rinse the fish inside and out, pat dry and cut the skin in a cross-shaped pattern.

Heat up the grill.

Peel and finely chop the garlic. Mix the garlic, chives, lemon juice and oil. Rinse the dill and shake dry. Season the fish, inside and out, with salt and pepper. Fill the fish with lemon slices and dill. Marinate the fish with the chive mixture. Grease the grill with a little oil and place the fish on the hot grill. Grill for 6-8 minutes on each side. Remove from the grill and serve.
