- 500 grams Swiss chard (Leaves and stems)
- 4 stalks Celery
- 4 firm ripe Tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 1 l Instant vegetable broth
- salt
- peppers
Preparation steps

Rinse chard and cut leaves and stalks into small pieces. Rinse celery and dice. Rinse tomatoes, cut into quarters, remove seeds and dice.

Peel onion and dice. Heat oil in a large saucepan. Saute onion, chard stalks and celery. Pour in broth, cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Add chard leaves to soup and cook for another 5 to 8 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook through. Season with salt and pepper to taste prior to serving.
