400 grams turkey breasts
1 onion
250 grams button Mushroom
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
1 Tbsp butter
200 milliliters Whipped cream
125 milliliters Crème fraiche
salt

1 bunch Chives

Preparation steps

1.

Cut turkey breast into strips. Peel and dice onion. Clean and slice mushrooms. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet and saute turkey for a few minutes. Reduce heat slightly and add butter to the pan. Add onion and mushrooms to the pan and saute for a few minutes. 

2.

Add cream and crème fraîche and simmer until thick and creamy. Season with salt and pepper. Rinse chives, shake dry and cut into small rings. Sprinkle turkey with chives.  

3.

Serve with rice and dusted with curry powder, if desired.
