500 grams turkey breasts
2 Tbsps soy sauce
1 Tbsp honey
peppers
1 endive or Frisée (small)
2 Tbsps White vinegar
1 Tbsp Lime juice
5 Tbsps Corn oil
salt
12 Sage
4 slices Prosciutto
3 slices white bread
butter (for frying)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the turkey, pat dry and cut into wide strips. Mix the soy sauce with the honey, season with pepper and mix in the turkey. Marinate for about an hour and then drain.

Rinse the lettuce, shake dry and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.

Sear the turkey on all sides in a little butter.

Cut the ham into bite-sized pieces.

Cut the bread into cubes and fry in some butter until golden brown. Sauté the sage leaves briefly.

For the dressing, mix the lime juice with the vinegar and oil and season with salt and pepper.

Mix the lettuce with the sage, croutons and ham and then stir in the dressing. Transfer to bowls, distribute the hot turkey slices on top and serve.
