400 grams turkey breasts
2 Red Pepperoncini
1 carrot

2 Tbsps Light soy sauce
1 egg yolk
1 tsp Curry paste
2 Tbsps sesame oil

Preparation steps

Cut the turkey breast into strips. Stir the soy sauce with the egg yolk and the curry paste and marinate the meat at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Rinse the cucumber and cut in long strips. Arrange on 4 plates and season with salt and pepper. Rinse the peperoncini, remove seeds and cut into thin rings. Peel the carrots and julienne. Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan and cook the turkey strips along with the julienned carrots. Just before serving add the hot pepper rings. Divide the roasted meat on the prepared plates and serve immediately.
