500 grams turkey breasts
400 grams Napa cabbage
2 Bell pepper (red and green)
1 stalk Leeks (only white and light green parts)
1 garlic clove
2 centimeters fresh ginger
3 Tbsps sesame oil (light)
50 milliliters Rice wine
soy sauce (light)
freshly ground peppers
1 splash Lime juice
salt
cilantro (for garnishing)

Preparation steps

Rinse turkey breast, pat dry and cut into strips.

Rinse and dry cabbage, cut into strips. Rinse bell peppers and halve, remove seeds and ribs, cut into strips. Rinse leek and cut into fine strips.

Peel garlic and ginger and chop finely. Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and saute garlic and ginger briefly. Add cabbage, peppers and leek and saute for 1-2 minutes. Add rice wine and a little water. Simmer, stirring, for about 5 minutes or until tender and season with soy sauce, pepper and lime juice.

Heat remaining oil in another pan and cook turkey strips for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.

Arrange vegetables on plates and top with turkey. Garnish with cilantro leaves and serve.
