350 grams turkey breasts
1 white onion

1 tsp Mustard
1 egg
2 Tbsps breadcrumbs
2 Tbsps vegetable oil (to fry)
4 Tbsps lingonberry jam
8 Lettuce
4 Hamburger bun (finished product)

Preparation steps

Cut the turkey breast into pieces and push through a meat grinder (small holes for fine grain). Peel and finely chop the onion. Mix the ground turkey with onion, salt, pepper, lemon zest, mustard, egg and breadcrumbs. Knead together. Separate into four equal parts and form into patties. Flatten them and fry in hot oil about 5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

Rinse the lettuce leaves and pat dry. Fry the burger buns on a grill pan. Divide the lettuce on the bottom halves of the buns, set a turkey burger on each, and spoon on some lingonberries. Cover with the top buns. Serve immediately.
