- 350 grams finely Ground turkey
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 Tbsp breadcrumbs
- salt
- peppers
- 2 slices day-old white bread
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- 4 Lettuce (such as Lollo bionda)
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 4 White rolls
- 4 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- 4 Tbsps Cranberry (jarred)

Preparation steps
1.
In a bowl, mix together the ground turkey, egg yolk and breadcrumbs, season with salt and pepper and mix well. Shape into 4 patties.

Cut the white bread into very small pieces. Heat the butter in a skillet and saute the bread until golden brown. Sprinkle the parsley over and drain on paper towels.

Rinse, clean and spin dry the lettuce.

Heat the oil in a skillet and saute the patties until cooked through and browned on both sides, 5-6 minutes.

Halve the rolls horizontally and top with the lettuce and the burgers. Spread with mayonnaise and top with the toasted bread. Top each with a tablespoon of cranberries, put on the lids and serve.
