For Mango Salsa
1 roasted Red pepper (diced)
1 ripe Mango (peeled and diced)
1 small Orange (peeled and diced)
¼ cup fresh cilantro (finely chopped)
¼ cup scallions (finely chopped)
1 tsp Jalapeño (chopped)
1 Tbsp olive oil
salt (to taste)

For Turkey Burgers
½ cup Cake crumbs
0.333 cup whipped cream cheese
2 cloves garlic cloves (peeled and minced)
2 scallions (chopped)
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp minced, fresh cilantro
salt (to taste)
freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
24 ozs lean Ground turkey
Oil (for the grill grate)
6 Hamburger bun (split)
Lettuce (rinsed)
1 Red onion (peeled and sliced)
2 ripe Tomatoes (rinsed; trimmed and sliced)

For Mango Salsa:

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Let sit for 30 minutes to release juices and incorporate flavors.

For Turkey Burger:

Preheat the grill for direct grilling.

In a large bowl, combine breadcrumbs, cream cheese, garlic, onion, lemon juice, cilantro, salt and pepper. Crumble turkey over mixture and mix well. Form into six patties.

Lightly coat the grill rack with oil. Grill burgers, covered, over medium heat for 4 to 6 minutes on each side or until an instant read thermometer reads 165°F, and juices run clear.

Grill buns, uncovered, for 30 to 60 seconds or until toasted. Arrange burgers on bun bottoms and top with salsa. Arrange lettuce, sliced tomatoes and onions on remaining bun tops. Serve.
