- salt
- 3 Tomatoes
- 400 grams Bologna sausage
- 2 scallions
- 1 handful Basil
- 200 grams Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- peppers (from the mill)

Cook the tortellini in salted water until al dente. Drain well.

Rinse the tomatoes, remove the stem and cut into pieces.
