1 can Tuna (in its own juice, 150 grams)
8 Tbsps cooked Long grain rice
2 tsps White vinegar
2 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the tomatoes, cut off lids and hollow them out. Pat dry with kitchen towels.

2.

Chop the tomato flesh into small cubes. Rinse and finely chop the scallions. Rinse the herbs thoroughly, set some aside for garnish and chop the rest. Drain the tuna and break apart.

Mix the rice with the scallions, diced tomatoes, herbs, tuna, oil and vinegar and season with salt and pepper.

3.

Season the insides of the tomato shells with salt and pepper and fill with the rice mixture.

Serve garnished with herbs.
