4 Oranges
1 lemon (juice and zest of)
1 Cinnamon stick
1 pinch ground cloves
500 grams jam sugar (3:1 ratio)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the tomato and cut a shallow cross along the core. Blanch in boiling water, remove, and peel. Remove the seeds and the core, then dice small. Rinse the oranges, halve, and quarter. Cut one quarter into thin slices, and squeeze the rest. Rinse the lemon, finely grate, and squeeze the juice.

Mix all of the ingredients in a large saucepan, mix thoroughly, and let infuse covered for 1 hour. Bring the mixture to a boil,  and cook 4-6 minutes, stirring constantly.

Fill the prepared jars to the brim with the tomato, seal tightly, and cool overnight.
