Preparation steps

Rinse tomatoes, remove stalk and blanch. Peel tomatoes, cut in half, remove seeds and cut into small cubes. Rinse oranges, cut in half, quarter and cut into thin slices. Squeez juice from remaining orange. Rinse lemon in hot water, pat dry and finely grate the peel. Squeeze the juice from lemon.

In a large saucepan, mix all ingredients and let rest covered for 1 hour. Then stir and heat over high heat. Bring mixture to a lively boil for 4-6 minutes.

Fill sterilized jars with jam and cap tightly. Allow to cool overnight.
