Preparation steps

1.

Plunge the tomatoes into boiling water then ice water and remove the peel. Thoroughly shred and mix with jam sugar, lemon juice and zest.

Bring the fruit mixture to a boil while stirring and let cook over high heat bubbling while stirring for 4 minutes. Pour into glass jars and close immediately. Store in a cool and dark area.
