- 4 pcs boneless, skinless turkey breasts (110 g | 4 oz each)
- salt (to taste)
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 clove garlic cloves (peeled and chopped)
- fresh parsley (finely chopped; for sprinkling)
- fresh Fresh herbs (for garnish)
Preparation steps

Rinse turkey under cold running water and pat completely dry with paper towels. Using a meat tenderizer or mallet, pound the turkey between two sheets of plastic wrap until flattened. Season both sides of the flattened turkey with salt and pepper.

Heat the oil in a large grill pan set over medium heat. Add the garlic and saute for 1 minute or until the oil is infused and fragrant. Using a slotted spoon, remove the garlic and discard. Add the butter to the pan and melt.

Place the turkey in the grill pan and cook for 3 to 5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of the turkey.

Divide turkey between serving plates and garnish with sprinkle with chopped parsley. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
