- 600 grams turkey breasts (ready to cook)
- 1 pc ginger 3 cm or 1 1/4 inch)
- 4 Tbsps soy sauce
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- Chili powder
- 1 generous pinch Curry powder
- 3 Tbsps sesame oil
- 1 garlic clove (crushed)
- 250 grams fresh Pineapple
- 2 Tbsps Corn oil
- 150 grams fresh Bean sprout

Preparation steps

Rinse turkey, pat dry and cut into bite-size pieces. Peel and mince ginger. Stir in 1-2 tablespoons soy sauce, salt, pepper, chili powder, sesame oil and crushed garlic. Place meat in marinade and leave for an hour in the refrigerator.

Peel, core and slice pineapple. Heat oil in a wide frying pan cook turkey briefly. Add pineapple. Rinse bean sprouts, drain and add to pan. Add remaining marinade and cook briefly. Remove from heat, plate and serve.
