4 green Asparagus (cooked)
1 tsp lemon juice
200 grams prepared Sushi rice
2 roasted Nori seaweed
4 pcs Surimi
4 tsps Trout roe
1 tsp Wasabi paste

Preparation steps

1.

Cut the asparagus and celery into about 10 cm (approximately 4 inch) long pieces.

2.

Cut the nori sheets in half crosswise.

3.

Form the rice into 4 cone-shaped portions.

4.

Lay the rice portions on top of the nori leaves and spread with wasabi paste. Place a piece of asparagus, celery, surimi and some chive stalks on each and roll up the nori in Temaki sushi shapes. Top each roll with 1 teaspoon of trout caviar and serve.
