250 grams cooked Sushi rice
1 tsp Wasabi
8 thin slices very fresh Salmon (150 grams)

Preparation steps

1.

Trim the snow peas, cut in half lengthwise and cook about 2 minutes in boiling salted water, then drain, rinse and drain. Cut the into strips.

Cut the nori sheets in half crosswise. Divide the rice into 8 portions and shape each portion with moistened hands into quenelles (oblong ovals). Place one halved nori sheet at the top of the quenelle, brush with a little wasabi paste, roll with the snow pea strips, salmon and some parsley to make Temaki sushi.

3.

Sprinkle with some sesame seeds and serve.
