4 roasted Nori seaweed
450 grams finished Sushi rice
75 grams Salmon caviar
75 grams Tobiko
soy sauce (for serving)
Wasabi (for serving)

Preparation steps

1.

Cut the nori sheets in 16 strips about 3 cm wide (approximately 1 inch). Divide the sushi rice into 16 portions. Moisten your hands to add the rice to the smooth side (outside) of each nori strip.

2.

Put some of the Tobiko in 8 of the nori strips and roll up. Put salmon caviar in the other 8 strips and roll up. Serve with the soy sauce and wasabi on the side.
