150 grams Tuna steak (very fresh)
200 grams prepared Sushi rice
2 toasted Nori seaweed
1 tsp toasted Sesame seeds
1 tsp Wasabi paste

Preparation steps

1.

Divide the tuna into 4 portions.

Cut the nori sheets crosswise in half.

3.

Make 4 balls from the cooked sushi rice.

4.

Brush the nori sheets with wasabi paste and place one rice ball, lettuce and one tuna piece over each nori sheet. Roll up the nori sheets to form the temaki sushi and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
