Sweet Pastry Wrappers
Chop the lime fillets and mix with the ricotta, lime zest, juice and honey.
Place a little of the filling in the middle of each pastry sheet. Fold over one corner and the sides and roll up.
Fry the spring rolls in hot (170°C | 340F) oil for 3-4 min until golden. Pat dry with kitchen paper and serve dusted with icing sugar.
