- 8 sheets Rice paper
- 2 carrots (cut into thin sticks)
- 2 Bell pepper (red and yellow)
- 3 cups chinese Cabbage (sliced)
- 1 bunch Bean sprout
- 1 bunch Thai basil (leaves removed)
- 2 Tbsps sesame oil
- 2 Tbsps soy sauce

Preparation steps
1.
Soften the rice paper according to the directions on the packet. Pat dry and spread out.
2.
Mix together the carrots, peppers, cabbage, bean sprouts, basil, oil and the soy sauce and place some of the mixture onto each sheet of rice paper. Fold in the sides and roll up.
3.
Serve with dips and vegetable crudites.
