1 cup Hazelnuts (roughly chopped)
6 sour Apple
1 ¼ cups white chocolate (chopped)
1 ¼ cups Milk chocolate (45% cocoa, chopped)
6 long Wooden stick

Preparation steps

1.
Roast the hazelnuts lightly in a frying pan without fat, then transfer to a deep plate.
2.
Wash and dry the apples and insert a wooden stick into each apple.
3.
Melt the chocolates in a bain-marie. Do not stir, but mix lightly with a fork at the end to give a marbled effect. Dip the apples one after the other into the melted chocolate and coat evenly.
4.
Finally dip the apples into the chopped nuts, turning and pressing the nuts into the chocolate. Leave to set.
