- 6 White rolls
- 2 Tbsps chopped parsley
- 4 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 500 grams ground pork
- 2 eggs
- 2 onions
- Bell pepper (1 each red and green)
- 4 tsps ground paprika
- salt
- frehly ground peppers
Preparation steps

Slice rolls and hollow out. Brush cut surfaces with oil and season with salt and pepper. Process removed bread pieces in a food processor into crumbs.

Mix meat, eggs, parsley and breadcrumbs in a bowl. Peel onions and dice. Rinse bell peppers, quarter, remove seeds and ribs and finely chop. Add onions and peppers to meat mixture and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Knead with hands until smooth.

Fill hollowed bread with meat mixture. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for 20-25 minutes. Serve warm.
