Preparation steps

1.

In a pot of boiling water, scald tomatoes then drain. Peel tomatoes, cut into quarters and remove seeds. Rinse strawberries, core and cut into pieces. Purée tomatoes and strawberries with lemon juice and sugar in a blender. Add a little cold water as needed.

2.

Add Tabasco sauce to taste and serve in glasses.
