150 grams sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
50 milliliters Raspberry syrup

Preparation steps

Rinse the strawberries, trim, puree and strain through a sieve. Put sugar and 150 ml (2/3 cup) of water in a pot. Cook until bubbly boiling, 4-5 minutes. Strain through a sieve and let cool. Puree the strawberries with the syrup, lemon juice and raspberry syrup, pour into a shallow bowl and set for about 4 hours in the freezer. Stir vigorously every 20 minutes to prevent forming large ice crystals.

Distribute in bowls and serve garnished with strawberries.
