- 800 grams Strawberries
- 4 mint
- 100 grams sugar
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 4 centiliters Crème de cassis
- Strawberries (for garnishing)

Preparation steps

Rinse and dry strawberries, remove stems and puree. Strain through a sieve. Combine mint leaves with sugar and 150 ml (approximately 2/3 cup) of water in a pot. Bring to a boil and simmer on medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Strain through a sieve and let cool. Combine strawberry puree with mint syrup, lemon juice and liqueur, pour into a shallow bowl and put in a freezer for about 4 hours. Stir every 20 minutes vigorously so that ice crystals do not form.

Place sorbet into bowls and serve garnished with strawberries.
