Preparation steps
1.
Rinse strawberries, pat dry and chop. Reserve 2 for garnish.

Stir together quark and yogurt until smooth. Season with vanilla and sweetener. Fold in strawberries. Spoon mixture into a small bowl. Serve garnished with strawberries.
