16 ozs ready-made sweet pastry
cup Lemon curd
2 Tbsps powdered sugar

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oven to 200ºC (180º fan) 400ºF, gas 6.

Roll out the pastry to about 5 mm/1/4" thick and cut 8 circles about 8 cm/3" diameter. Line greased patty pans with the pastry circles.
3.
Spoon in the lemon curd into the pastry cases and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
4.
Dust the edges of the tarts with the icing sugar and serve warm or cold.
