1 Pot, 1 Bowl, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Sieve, 1 Slotted spoon, 1 Ladle, 4 canning jars (each about 400 ml), 1 Small knife, 1 Kitchen towel

Preparation steps

Halve passion fruits, scoop out pulp and press through a sieve.

Using a spoon, press the flesh using a spoon through the sieve and discard the seeds.

Rinse and hull strawberries, pat dry and chop.

Mix together passion fruit, strawberries and jelling sugar in a pot.
