Product recommendation

Enjoy the 5-minute jam on fresh wholemeal bread and grainy cream cheese.

Preparation steps

1.

Wash, clean and quarter the strawberries. Put the strawberries in a high container.

2.

Wash lemon with hot water and rub dry. Grate the peel, squeeze the juice and add it to the strawberries with the maple syrup.

3.

Halve the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the pulp with a knife. Add the vanilla pulp to the strawberries. Puree with a hand blender until a creamy mixture is obtained. Alternately, blend in a powerful blender of chopper.

4.

Pour the 5-minute jam into a screw-top jar and refrigerate in the fridge. The jam will keep in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
