Preparation steps

1.

Squeeze half of a lemon. Peel the mango, remove the core and cut the flesh into 1 cm (approximately 1/2-inch) cubes. Sprinkle with 3 tablespoons of lemon juice.

Rinse and quarter strawberries.

Stir together raspberry vinegar with salt and pepper to taste and the oil. Toss mango cubes and strawberries with the dressing, cover and refrigerate for about 20 minutes.

In the meantime, toast baguette.

Arrange the strawberry and mango salad on 4 plates and top each with 2 slices of ham. Serve with toasted baguette.
