200 grams softened cream cheese
30 grams chopped Pistachio
2 tsps honey
1 Mango
500 grams Strawberries
Juice of 1 Oranges

Preparation steps

1.

Mix the cream cheese with the honey and 20 grams of chopped pistachios. Transfer to the refrigerator.  

2.

Peel the mango, cut the flesh from the pit and cut into thin strips. Rinse and slice the strawberries. Arrange the mango and strawberries in a serving bowl and drizzle with orange juice. 

3.

Scoop the chilled cream cheese mixture using two moistened teaspoons and roll in the remaining chopped pistachios. Place on top of the mango and strawberries and serve.
