4 pcs Sea bass fillet (Loup de mer; each 180 grams)
2 Tbsps lemon juice

200 grams Wild rice

½ Red Bell pepper
½ green Bell pepper
½ yellow Bell pepper
2 Tbsps lemon juice
1 Tbsp olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Cook rice according to package information.

2.

Rinse fish fillets, pat dry, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with lemon juice and place in a steamer.

3.

Boil water in a matching pot (1.5 cm high, approximately 5/8 inch), put in the steamer, cover and steam about 7 minutes.

4.

For the salsa, brush peppers, remove seeds and ribs and dice.

5.

Whisk lemon juice with oil, season with salt and pepper and mix with the diced peppers.

6.

Serve fish with rice and salsa on plate.
