14 ozs fresh or frozen Green beans

2 Tbsps sesame oil
2 tsps Wasabi paste

Preparation steps

1.
Mix the tofu with the soy sauce and marinate for 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
2.
Cook the noodles and beans in salted boiling water until tender.
3.
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Drain the tofu and cook until browned on all sides.
4.
Drain the noodles and beans, mix with the wasabi paste and place on serving plates with the tofu.
