1 Tbsp Peanut oil
2 Tbsps soy sauce
salt

½ tsp Chili powder
175 milliliters Vegetable broth
2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
2 tsps Pastry flour
400 grams brown Beans (canned)

Preparation steps

1.

Cut the tofu into 1.5 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) cubes.

Heat the oil, soy sauce, chili powder, vegetable broth, and garlic in a wok. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add the tofu and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Mix the flour with 1 tablespoon of water, and stir until combined. Add to the wok with the beans, and simmer 1 more minute. Remove from the wok and serve immediately.
