- freshly ground pepper
- 2 chili peppers
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsps Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 6 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 2 tsps Hungarian sweet paprika

Preparation steps

Season chicken wings with salt and pepper and place on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C (fan: 180°C, gas mark 3-4) (approximately 400°F), 10 minutes.

Rinse chile peppers, wipe dry and cut lengthwise. Remove seeds and finely chop. Peel garlic. Mix vinegar, honey, oil, paprika and chile peppers in a bowl. Squeeze garlic through a press into bowl and stir. Brush sauce over chicken wings and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes. If desired, brush with sauce again. Serve with remaining marinade.
