6 Tbsps vegetable oil
3 Tbsps Ketchup

Preparation steps

1.

Season chicken wings with salt, pepper and paprika. Heat some oil in a pan and fry chicken wings on all sides until golden brown.

Mix ketchup in a bowl with a little Tabasco sauce (to taste, depending on desired spiciness) and coat chicken wings with ketchup mixture. Cook under the oven broiler, watching carefully, for approximately 10 minutes until golden brown. Serve immediately.
