Spicy Grilled Chicken Wings
Rinse the chicken wings and pat dry. Finely chop the garlic. Rinse, halve, remove seeds and finely chop the chile peppers.
Peel and finely grate the ginger. In a mortar, crush the allspice, coriander and pepper and mix with the garlic, ginger, chile peppers, lime juice, honey and olive oil. Add the chicken wings, toss to coat, cover and refrigerate overnight.
Heat the grill to medium. Sprinkle the chicken with salt and grill, turning occasionally until crisp and cooked through, about 15 minutes. Serve with a salad.
