7 ozs tender Spelt flakes
2 Tbsps cocoa powder
2 Tbsps Maple syrup
3 Tbsps Dark chocolate (at least 70 % cocoa content)
2 Banana
4 Tbsps unsalted Shelled peanut
2 Tbsps Cocoa

Preparation steps

1.

Heat the oat drink in a pot. Stir in spelt flakes, cocoa powder and maple syrup and simmer for 2-3 minutes at medium heat.

Coarsely chop the dark chocolate. Stir in the dark chocolate and let it swell for about 5 minutes at low heat.

3.

In the meantime, peel the banana, halve it lengthwise and cut it into pieces about 1/2" wide. Roast peanuts in a hot pan without fat at medium heat for 3 minutes.

4.

Pour oatmeal into bowls and sprinkle with banana, peanuts and cocoa nibs.
